ÉPICA TRAVEL’S COMMITMENT AGAINST THE COMMERCIAL SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS (ESCNNA) AND SEX TOURISM

Épica Travel is firmly committed to protecting the rights of children and adolescents and absolutely rejects any form of sexual exploitation or abuse.

1. Legal Framework and Traveler Advisory: ○ In strict compliance with Law 679 of August 3, 2001, Law 1336 of 2009, and related Colombian regulations, Épica Travel advises all its travelers that the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors in the country are crimes subject to criminal and administrative penalties under current laws. ○ This commitment is part of the measures to prevent and combat the exploitation, pornography, and sex tourism involving minors.

2. Code of Conduct and Duty to Report: ○ In compliance with Resolution 3840 of December 24, 2009, Épica Travel has adopted a Code of Conduct aimed at preventing and combating the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in the tourism sector. ○ Every customer who purchases a service from Épica Travel agrees to refrain from any activity, action, or omission aimed at the sexual abuse of minors. ○ It is everyone’s duty to prevent, combat, and immediately report to the competent authorities any suspicion or indication of ESCNNA, including the dissemination of child pornography

We seek more efficient transportation options and offset our carbon footprint when necessary, aligning our passion for sports with environmental responsibility.
