Therefore, any request for cancellation, modification, or annulment will be subject to the applicable penalties, in accordance with the regulations previously notified to the customer.

Taxes, fees, and levies that affect the cost of tickets, accommodations, and other travel services sold by Épica Travel are subject to change without prior notice. These changes result from government regulations and are entirely beyond the Agency’s internal control.

The mere use of the website or the purchase of services through any of our sales channels constitutes automatic acceptance of all the general and specific terms and conditions detailed herein.
